The Beijing Headquarters Base project is located in the Fourth Ring Road in the southwest of Beijing. Since the foundation was laid on June 19, 2003, approximately 400 unique headquarters buildings have been built. The total income from technology, industry and trade will reach 230 billion yuan, and the total taxes and fees will reach 6.7 billion yuan. With approximately 1% of the land area, it will drive more than 30% of the fiscal revenue of Fengtai District.

As China's first super-large-scale park to implement the headquarters economy, the "volume" of the headquarters base gives it the natural endowment of "aggregation and fusion".
The concentration of headquarters, the aggregation of talents, capital, resources, and information, achieves highly intensive complementation, sharing, and interaction; the concentration of headquarters creates a polarization trend, with the base as the core and radiating to surrounding industries.

The total construction area of the headquarters square is approximately 130,000 square meters, including the headquarters building, the headquarters official residence, and above-ground and underground commercial facilities. At present, the headquarters square has been fully capped for glass curtain wall exterior.

The supporting commercial area of the headquarters square is about 40,000 square meters, of which the above-ground front-end business area of the six buildings in the headquarters square is about 20,000 square meters, with 2 floors underground, providing about 205 standard parking spaces, and more than 1,000 square meters of boutique commercial facilities.

The total construction area of the headquarters building is approximately 65,000 square meters, and the total building height reaches 99 meters. This height is one of the few in southern Beijing, and it will also be a landmark building in this region.

The total construction area of the four headquarters official residences is approximately 64,000 square meters, and the total building height is 99 meters. The four official residences are all 21 stories tall, with a total of 68 independent official residence units. The official residence of the headquarters has one independent room on each floor, each with a construction area of ​​about 600 square meters. The 16th to 21st floors are split-level official residences, with a single construction area of ​​more than 1,100 square meters.
