During daily work exchanges with the property engineering department, our company learned that there are monitoring blind spots in some important equipment areas inside the building and require frequent manual inspections. In order to cooperate with the property management company to solve the above management problems, our company recommended and demonstrated our own brand of 720-line IP high-definition digital video surveillance system to the relevant persons in charge of the property management company. The system is flexible and convenient to deploy, easy to transmit, and easy to monitor. It supports mainstream operating systems and devices, such as iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile. It can be networked across local computer networks and remote Internet networks. Through WIFI or 3G networks, the real-time situation of the monitoring point can be viewed on a PC or mobile terminal at any time, and remote command and management of emergencies can be carried out.
Through the product demonstration conducted by our company, the property management company expressed its wish to try out the system. After that, our company arranged for technicians to conduct multiple on-site surveys with the person in charge of the property engineering department. Finally, the property management company decided to install a video surveillance system in the fire water tank pressure-stabilizing pump room of Building C, the top platform of Building C, the elevator machine room, and the monitoring rooms of Buildings A and C.

In October of the same year, Media Property applied to conduct star rating work for the building. 3. Shengjing Bank
As the earliest, largest and most powerful headquarter bank in Northeast China, Shengjing Bank has established 10 branches and 121 institutional outlets in central cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Changchun as well as Dalian, Yingkou, Anshan, Benxi, Panjin, Huludao and other places in Liaoning Province as of the end of 2011.
